Background / History

Luo Qingdie grew up in a family that favored her younger brother. Her parents gave him the better food and possessions, hid her when Ji Xiangshan came seeking disciples, and attempted to make him take her brother instead. Ji Xiangshan saw through them and accepted Luo Qingdie into the Inquiry Sword Sect. Her parents later maintained contact primarily through pressure, inducement, and demands for gifts. 13 15

She became Ji Xiangshan's disciple, ultimately succeeded him as Sect Leader of the Inquiry Sword Sect, and reached the Mahayana Stage. Despite her position and cultivation, Luo Qingdie allowed sect rules and personal attachments to restrain her; Xiao Yichen could publicly slap her, while her disciple Fan Bailu and other sect members openly disrespected her. 3 4

In her previous life, she was expelled from the sect and repeatedly betrayed by people she trusted. Her parents attempted to use her, Mo Yushang tried to take her heart's blood for her demonic-cultivator husband, and a beggar Luo Qingdie had raised as a son ultimately betrayed her for a chance to cultivate. 13 19 20

When Chu Lu entered her world through the Chat Group, Luo Qingdie initially insisted on proving Liu Yan'er's schemes through evidence rather than violence. While Chu Lu controlled her body, he killed the Inquiry Sword Sect members who had exploited or tried to punish her, then destroyed the Heavenly Profound Immortal Sect after it orchestrated traps, decoys, and a large-scale slander campaign against her. After the mission concluded, Luo Qingdie regained control of her body. She later uploaded cultivation methods from her world to the Chat Group, allowing Chu Lu to use the Transcoding Function. 28 29

Luo Qingdie initially concealed her natural appearance with self-imposed spells, making herself shorter, more youthful-looking, and deliberately petite. After those spells were removed, her actual features were markedly more mature and imposing. 4
