Xiao Chen had once again set a record for this book—and for himself: ten updates!
Many people familiar with Xiao Chen knew that he basically had no backlog. Saved chapters were but floating clouds to me; every update was essentially written on the spot. Ten updates, thirty thousand words—even during the new-book period, at my most frenzied, I had never reached such a number. The most I ever did then was nine updates, right?
