"What an extravagant move! That man!" Doflamingo's gaze at the newspaper in his hand was slightly gloomy, and his lips pressed into a thin line. Clearly, even he found the current situation exceptionally troublesome.

"Two of the Four Emperors have been defeated!" Pica exclaimed first, then shouted in his shrill voice, "Doffy, this is your chance! Two Four Emperors' positions have suddenly opened up. With your influence in the Underworld, plus Lord Apophis's support, you might soon become the next Four—"

"Can't you see the situation clearly yet?" Doflamingo said solemnly. "The Four Emperors have already become a thing of the past! The Shichibukai might soon become history as well!"

Hearing Doflamingo say this, Pica was alarmed. "What? The Marines might target the Shichibukai? But aren't we allies of the Marines?"

"The purpose of the Shichibukai's existence was to maintain balance. Now, the Marines' power has reached its peak, so whether the Shichibukai exist or not is no longer important!" Doflamingo said with a laugh. "As for allies, aren't they just something you bring out to take the hit when you need them, then sell off when you don't? Fufufufu!"

Seeing that everyone looked somewhat at a loss, Doflamingo comforted them again. "However, there's no need to worry about us being targeted for the time being. At least, my identity is still somewhat useful!"
