The next day, news of the two major naval forces joining together on the Grand Line was published in the newspapers and spread throughout the world.

Those close to the Navy were excited by this development, while those hostile to it were terrified.

It wasn't merely because Akainu, a powerful combatant, had returned. It was also because of the terrifying power held by the two navies!

People's discussions could be heard everywhere, from the streets to the alleys. Since the last incident, they had begun paying attention to matters that seemed far removed from them yet were closely connected to their lives.
