Holding a thick book in both hands, Naruto silently read with a pious attitude, his eyes shining as if he had seen the gateway to the New World.

"Hm? What are you reading?" a calm voice suddenly asked.

Completely engrossed, Naruto was startled. Once he saw who had arrived, he excitedly spread the book open and held it out to him. "Sasuke, I found a way to save the Ninja World!"

Before Sasuke could ask, Naruto continued talking to himself excitedly. "Even if we defeat Uchiha Madara, our world will only return to where it started. Hatred, killing, and division will eventually evolve into a new war. Unless we change things at the root, this cycle of suffering will never disappear!"

Sasuke stared intently at Naruto. "You think so too?"

I came to the same conclusion as Sasuke? Is this the bond between Sasuke and me...? Naruto marveled inwardly, speaking at nearly the same time as Sasuke.
