The Earthly Saint realm is the essential transformation following Human Saint cultivation. A Human Saint first tempers a Saint Body through the Power of All Beings; once that body reaches completion, they must comprehend Rules, draw upon the Origin of Heaven and Earth, and refine it into the Saint Body. If the body survives the transformation without collapsing, it becomes an Earth Saint Dao Body. 246 250

Godly Fragments provide a more efficient route to this realm by helping martial artists comprehend Rules and refine the power of those Rules into their Saint Bodies. The earliest Earthly Saint reportedly advanced without them, but Godly Fragments became the proven, more effective method. 242 246
