Sick Leave

My body had finally reached its limit. When I got up this morning, I was vomiting and having diarrhea, in so much pain I felt half-dead. I hadn't eaten anything until six in the evening, had no strength at all, and couldn't even open my eyes. Whenever I did, I convulsed. I couldn't even pick up my phone or get out of bed.

I don't know whether it's gastroenteritis or something else. The medicine hasn't had any effect either. I'm coughing up blood, and I suspect there's a problem with my gums as well.

I can't predict how many days of leave I'll need, or whether I'll have to be hospitalized. My apologies to the more than twenty thousand friends following this story.
