A soldier said in surprise.
"So what if he fainted?"
Liu San curled his lip and reached out to pat Li Changsheng. Li Changsheng immediately opened his eyes. He sat up and saw soldiers standing all around him, causing him to frown at once.
Li Changsheng looked at Liu San and said, "Who are you? Why have you thrown me into the Heavenly Prison?"
"Hehe, brat, you're not qualified to know who I am."
Liu San looked at Li Changsheng with a smile. "Let me ask you: why did you hit me? Do you know that's against the law? You could be beheaded for it! You actually dared to hit me. Do you know who's backing me? Just wait until I go back and report this to my lord. I'll make you pay dearly!"
The more Liu San spoke, the more excited and smug he became. Even his tone brimmed with complacency.
"Hmph. Who you are has nothing to do with me."
Li Changsheng sneered after hearing him.
"Hmph, brat, don't think I don't know. You're just a country bumpkin. You don't understand power, and you understand wealth even less. You're a pauper now, while I'll become the most honored man under heaven. You'll become a prisoner, so I advise you to surrender obediently and enter the palace with me to see the emperor. Then I'll reward you, and your future will be limitless!" Liu San said with a smile.
"Hehe."
Li Changsheng snorted and shook his head. "I may be a country bumpkin who doesn't understand power or wealth, but I can tell you this: I, Li Changsheng, am not short of money. Even if I truly become a prisoner, that is my business. And I, Li Changsheng, will never submit to anyone, nor will I compromise with anyone."
