Kay checked his sense of direction and counted his steps, then casually brushed aside the thick vegetation before him, revealing a sealed bluish-gray stone wall.
This should be the place.
But that guy did not seem to have told him the password.
The finance official paused for a moment, then tentatively raised his sword hilt and knocked on a fixed brick.
After some fiddling, the bluish-gray stone wall wriggled and receded like flowing water, opening a narrow path just wide enough for one person.

Looking around, this place resembled a forgotten paradise, where trees brimmed with life and flowers bloomed in every color.
Daytime was filled with spring sunlight and the scent of summer; night was covered by autumn air and winter stars. Flowers and insects filled the earth, while flowing water, greenery, and wild beasts filled the forest. By the water stood beautiful fairies.
