History

Ao Le is the daughter of Ao Zhan and Ao Yun. While her mother was hidden in the Wu River Dragon Palace during Ao Zhan's flight from the Eastern and Western Seas, Ao Yun was captured by the Western Sea. Ao Le was left behind in the Wu River, where the Dragon Lord's children ridiculed and bullied her for years. The experience left her timid and withdrawn. 366 386

She was selected as Lu Qingfeng's bride through the Fortune Inspecting Treasure Mirror and Fortune Illuminating Mirror, becoming the Minjiang Dragon Palace Consort. Although their marriage began abruptly, Ao Le gradually accepted Lu Qingfeng's consideration and support, eventually naming him among the people closest to her alongside her father and third brother, Ao Lie. 365 367

After Lu Qingfeng became Yuan Lake Water God, Ao Le accompanied him to Seal Mountain Island. She volunteered to serve as his personal guard while Lan Feihu and Yuan Bi led the territory's forces. Cultivation at Yuan Lake enabled her to forge her True Body and enter the Gathering Law Realm. 370 374

Ao Le was initially shy, timid, and soft-spoken, shaped by her neglected childhood in the Wu River Dragon Palace. However, she is perceptive about sincerity: she remembers who has treated her well and forms deep attachments to those people, particularly Ao Lie and Lu Qingfeng. 366 375

Her gentleness does not prevent resolve. After years of separation and political upheaval, she became a composed military commander who could lead troops, assess losses, and defend her territory.
