Hizashi Hyuga struck out with several palms in succession, as if he were hitting a mass of jelly, unable to feel any point of impact at all. Instead, Nurarihyon could borrow Hizashi Hyuga's force to counterattack, and for a time, they were evenly matched.

"So this is the strength of a Police Department director? That's all?" Nurarihyon grew more excited as they fought. Although he had been imprisoned in a pitch-black base, someone delivered information about the outside world every month. In that intelligence, Akatsuki and the Police Department appeared frequently, second only to Konoha. Thus, in Nurarihyon's mind, a Police Department director was supposed to be very powerful. Yet after actually fighting one, he found it was merely this much. That made him happy, because it indirectly proved that he was very strong!

"Hmm, that should be enough." After Hizashi Hyuga dodged Nurarihyon's attack, the doubts in his heart had already been answered. So, he stopped holding back. Hizashi Hyuga shifted from palms to fists. After blocking a round of attacks with his arms, he threw a straight punch. Relying on his unusual physique, Nurarihyon did not dodge or defend himself. As a result, Hizashi Hyuga's punch sent him flying.

Hizashi Hyuga glanced at his opponent, who had collapsed and fainted, then stopped paying attention to him. He turned toward the lakeshore and suddenly frowned. "That Chakra has disappeared."

At the center of the lake, Deidara stood atop the giant bird, looking down at Isobu hidden beneath the water. He glanced into the distance and said, "Tobi, the troublemakers are here. Deal with them. I'll catch the Three-Tails."

"Senior, there are two of them, but only one of me. I can't beat them, can I?" Tobi stood on the water's surface. Startled by Deidara's words, he spoke with some
