How fast was Naruto in his Perfect Tailed Beast Transformation?

His explosive power was probably on par with Lee after opening the Six Gates. More terrifyingly, Naruto not only had explosive power, but also endurance that Lee could hardly match. Combined, Naruto believed his speed should have been the fastest in the world.

Unfortunately, Naruto did not understand just how powerful the Kage were. Even more tragically, the one blocking his path was the Fourth Raikage, renowned for his speed!

So when Naruto accelerated in an attempt to rush past, the Fourth Raikage, wreathed in lightning, directly shifted sideways in front of him. His broad body blocked Naruto's path.

"You're really fast, Raikage Uncle!" Naruto said in surprise.
