The Delta-7 fighters piloted by the immensely powerful Jedi Masters Eeth Koth and Shen-Jon were nearly insurmountable obstacles! And following them were another unknown Jedi Master, as well as Shen-Jon's apprentice, Nat Reath.
She was the younger sister of Shen-Jon's previous apprentice, Stam Reath. She had come with vengeance in her heart, and hatred and anger had likewise caused her to fall to the Dark Side.

The current situation on the battlefield was that more than 1,400 Fourth Civilization Z-95 fighters were besieging the Republic fleet, while 300 Wraith fighters were holding back the Republic's fighter formations. Therefore, when Shen-Jon and the others launched their surprise assault, the ones able to support the Plague warship at once were those Z-95 fighters.
Compared with the Wraith fighter, Fourth Civilization pilots were, first, not particularly familiar with the Z-95 fighter, and second, the Z-95's performance was ultimately a step below that of the Wraith fighter.
Moreover, they were facing Jedi Knights!
The four Delta-7 fighters were utterly invincible on the battlefield! They maintained acceleration exceeding 3,000 g at all times. At such speeds, they ignored nearly every point-defense system, and no Fire Control Radar could possibly lock onto them!
The only thing Fourth Civilization warships and fighters could do was spread a barrage and pray that luck would let them hit the Jedi fighters.
