Wang Zhifan stayed in the commander's hall at Silverkeep longer than expected. The old commander's startling revelation had given him some new ideas, prompting him to use Chaos Distortion to reshape the old man's mind.

Evening soon arrived. The world, which had remained utterly ordinary throughout the day, suddenly underwent a tremendous change that everyone could sense. The Seven Demon Kings had descended.

Without warning, roaring hellfire rose around Silverkeep, which had been shrouded in night. The flames lit the entire town as brightly as day while filling countless residents with sheer terror. They believed the world-ending fire was about to engulf them.

Wang Zhifan, inside Silverkeep, was the only person whose emotions barely stirred. He had already anticipated that hellfire would engulf Silverkeep. The only reason the flames had not reached the town was that he had intervened, using spatial power to keep them away.
