Time flew, and two months passed in the blink of an eye.

Over those two months, Wang Zhifan pursued three things at once.

The first was to keep participating in public summoner battles to build his reputation, occasionally taking on established experts. His status rocketed from veteran summoner to star summoner—and the fastest-rising star of them all.

The second was his cooperation with Mong, the God of Summoning. He showed Mong tremendous goodwill. Though Mong did not understand why, he had no reason to refuse the benefits. In private, however, he never stopped investigating and testing Wang Zhifan, who paid little mind to it.

The third was collecting and raising top-tier summons, particularly the most promising ones he had acquired. He focused on the hidden boss, a psychic summon, gathering all kinds of resources to accelerate its growth and quickly push it past the threshold of god-tier summons.
