Chasing after the direction that figure had fled alongside Milotic, Su Hao recalled the hurried glimpse he had caught earlier.
It had been a Pokémon resembling a bell-shaped jellyfish, its body almost entirely translucent. White hexagram markings encircled the upper bell that resembled a head, while its wavy bell edge gleamed bright blue.
It had numerous gelatinous tentacles. Several intertwined to form something like a young girl's long hair, while four shorter tentacles formed the ends of that hair and its arms. Two other long tentacles made up humanoid legs, making it look just like the white-hatted girl from Su Hao's memories.
There was no doubt about it. That Pokémon... no, that Ultra Beast was Guzzlord!
Su Hao had not forgotten to check Guzzlord's status panel. It was only Elite Four Level Mid-stage; Milotic would be more than enough to handle it!

At a corner, Guzzlord finally snapped and launched an attack.
Several blobs of venom gathered at the tips of Guzzlord's tentacles. The instant Su Hao and Milotic rounded the corner and entered its blind spot, Venoshock burst forth!
But an ambush of this level was completely ineffective against Su Hao, who had a god's-eye view, and Milotic, who shared that god's-eye view through him.
Su Hao abruptly halted mid-run and leaped sideways, while Milotic soared upward like a divine dragon, flying directly into the air.
Guzzlord's attack missed.
Neither Su Hao nor Milotic had any intention of
