Some trees were covered in rows of pale, tender fingers.
Some trees were covered in monkey heads. The monkey heads hung densely from the trees like tumors. From a distance, they looked like the trees were covered in mushrooms shaped like monkey heads. Only when you got close did they seem horrifying.
One of them was the most disgusting.
That tree was actually covered in column-shaped objects resembling male human genitalia. They were incredibly lifelike—even the black mole on top was exactly the same.
Someone, curious, broke one off and discovered that whether it was a monkey head, a finger, or one of those columns, despite looking very much like flesh, the inside was still made of plant roots, stems, or wood fibers.

The people of Black Moon Village had originally wanted to cut down the tree, but its disgusting nature had also increased sales of protective suits to some degree.
After all, many ability users who hesitated over the expensive protective suits would immediately hand over their money in terror the moment they saw the tree, afraid that they might mutate into something so revolting.
And so, the tree-cutting plan was shelved indefinitely.
The culprit's name, along with his less-than-stellar reputation, quietly spread from Black Moon Village to Tingfeng
