Slowly opening his eyes, Zhui Feng felt something he could not put into words. It was as if he had experienced an eternity, traversed countless years, and become like the stars in the sky, watching the vicissitudes of the mortal world.

As his consciousness gradually awakened, that wondrous feeling receded like the tide, leaving only a desolate sensation in his heart. It was as if he had forgotten everything.

Standing up again in Inuyasha's body, Zhui Feng felt something very strange. It was as if he could leave this body at any moment and return to his own original body.

What he had crossed was not merely the distance between two different bodies, but another kind of distance... the distance between worlds.

What guided him was the starlight that could exist in any world... the first star of the Big Dipper, the star that never lost its way, would ultimately point him in the right direction.

Zhui Feng felt that he seemed to have changed somehow, but he could not explain exactly how. It was as if he had grown up a great deal in an instant. Everything felt different to him, and he even felt that his former self had been childish.

Yet he still felt that he was the same Zhui Feng, the leader of the Wind Chasers who liked to stand on the rooftops of tall buildings, spread his arms, gaze out over the city, and dream of flying freely.
