Narrative:

After the 2026 Battle of Bountiful Star, humanity formed an alliance with the Sangheili and together defeated the Covenant, which had held a position akin to that of a Galactic Overlord.

After the war, multiple Alien Races led by the Sangheili joined human society. After several years of adjustment, discussion, and communication, they ultimately established an entirely new governmental system.

The Human-Sangheili United Government, or Human and Sangheili Coalition Government, abbreviated as HSCG, was also known as the United Government.

The government's nature was similar to that of the UEG: a parliament composed of representatives made decisions on various matters.

The exact number of representatives was unclear, but it remained stable at between one hundred and one hundred twenty.

The representatives consisted of delegates from the various Star Sector governments, delegates from major Earth-like Planet colonies, and senior commanders from the UNSC and Umbrella forces.

Three-quarters of the representatives were human, while one-quarter were Sangheili.

There were no Unggoy, known as Grunts, or Kig-Yar, known as Gnolls, or other species that followed the Sangheili in the parliament.

Because these species' thought processes and intelligence were completely incomparable to those of humans and Sangheili, and to prevent mistakes at critical moments, the parliament had not opened its membership to them.

However, since these weaker species took the Sangheili as their standard, there had not been much dissent.

The main purpose and policies of the HSCG, the United Government, were no different from those of the UEG: handling matters related to people's livelihoods, the economy, construction, and development, while lacking the authority to interfere excessively in military affairs.
