Arthur, Heros, Gabriel, Vadim, and the other Blood Ravens and elites were sent directly back by Heimdall through the Bifrost, landing on the lawn behind the White House.
At the same time, Thor, Jane, and Sif also followed Arthur and the others back to Earth.
Thor had accompanied Jane to Earth to ensure that the Reality Stone parasitizing her body could be removed, while Sif was strictly following Odin's orders to guide Arthur to Vormir and Planet Morag.
Sif also had to monitor Umbrella Pictures and see whether it harbored any intention of using the Infinity Stones to wreak havoc across the universe.
The commotion from the Bifrost immediately put the guards stationed there on alert. When the Bifrost's light faded and they confirmed that the "invaders" were Arthur, Heros, and the others, the guards finally relaxed and immediately notified William inside the White House.
William still maintained his habit of rising early, so he went straight to the first-floor lobby of the White House.
