After the Hive's research team gained the ability to deploy Astartes Units in organized combat, it abandoned further Tyrant model updates, leaving only a few experimental models such as the T-104 and T-105.
It wasn't that the Hive's research team—or Halsey and Rebecca—lacked the ability to innovate. There simply wasn't any need for it.
However, after receiving William's order to create a special Tyrant model, Halsey and Rebecca led their team and, in just over ten days, cultivated a Tyrant whose combat abilities were in no way inferior to those of the Praetorian Astartes.

The testing grounds on the fourth floor of the Hive.
The testing grounds covered an area the size of a soccer field and contained a typical European-American-style neighborhood, complete with seemingly dilapidated apartment buildings and filthy streets and alleys.
At that moment, the streets were filled with large numbers of Drone Aliens.
Soon, the Drone Aliens seemed to receive some kind of order. Using their agility, they concealed themselves in various corners of the neighborhood's buildings.
Not long afterward.
"Whoosh~!"
A vertical gate opened in the wall on the left side of the testing grounds.
"Boom! Boom! Boom!"
Dull, heavy footsteps entered the testing grounds through the gate. Soon, a "giant" standing three meters tall walked out.
The giant took steady, evenly spaced steps straight to the center of the simulated neighborhood's intersection. Then he twisted his neck, which was connected to several tubes, and surveyed the surroundings.
The giant's head and exposed skin were completely hairless. Even more horrifying was the shocking crack that ran from his right eye to the center of his brow before extending to the back of his head.
