Inside the fifty-story tiered auditorium.
The venue was divided into upper and lower levels. At the front of the lower level stood a large stage for awards ceremonies or exhibitions, while an enormous screen presented wonderful content to the seated audience. The upper level contained several platforms with enough seating for a hundred people each.
The auditorium was spacious enough to accommodate five thousand people.
At that moment, the auditorium was dimly lit. Only the stage was illuminated by spotlights, while the enormous screen played a short film.
The short film was much like the self-introductions of most corporations. It began with beautiful, pleasant rural scenery, followed by parents happily running across a grassland with their children.
The scene changed.
It showed the bustling traffic of a major city, then assembled photographs of two hundred Super Heroes striking poses into the outline of the United States.
It also displayed the declaration: "We make heroes super."
The screening ended.
The lights on the stage grew brighter.
Dressed in a women's blouse and a black pencil skirt, with golden wavy hair, Madelyn stepped out from backstage. Smiling, she waved and greeted the applauding audience and shareholders.
It had to be said that fifty-year-old Madelyn had maintained her figure fairly well. Though her face had gained a few wrinkles, it was still easy to see that she had once been an exceptional beauty.
