Framing Someone

Yuko stood silently for a moment, sheathed her Zanpakuto, and confirmed once more that Rukia's spiritual pressure was coming from the top of the tower. Then she did not linger, her figure once again merging into the night.

Yuko's figure appeared silently inside the room, startling Yoruichi awake.

"How did it go? Did you see Rukia?"

Yoruichi's words woke Orihime Inoue, who had been resting against the wall. She called out happily.

"Teacher!"

Yuko sat down cross-legged on her own initiative. After glancing at Orihime Inoue, she gave a slight nod. "Rukia is indeed in the Central Great Underground Prison."

Orihime Inoue sighed in relief. "That's wonderful."

Yoruichi rolled her eyes. "What's so wonderful about it? We only confirmed Rukia's location."

"Now you'll have to face the entire Gotei 13."

"Hehe."

Orihime Inoue playfully stuck out her tongue.

After letting out a long sigh, Yoruichi looked at Yuko and found her frowning pensively. She could not help asking, "What's wrong? You've been distracted since earlier."

Yuko glanced at Orihime Inoue and said flatly, "I ran into Aizen."

Yoruichi's golden eyes narrowed slightly. "Did you?"

Since Rukia was in the Central Great Underground Prison, it was not strange for Aizen to keep watch over the place.

"Were you followed?"

They and Aizen had essentially made their intentions clear. Aizen's goal was to ensure that the execution proceeded smoothly, then steal the Hogyoku from inside Rukia's body. Their goal, meanwhile, was to force Aizen to expose himself by making him seize the Hogyoku.

Therefore, the crucial moment would certainly be during the Sogyoku execution.

Before that, all Aizen had to do was use the Gotei 13 to find and stop them.

Orihime looked at Yoruichi, then at Yuko, and asked curiously, "Teacher, who is Aizen?"

"Orihime, go outside first."

"Huh?"

Before Orihime
