Another One

As Ichigo and the others entered Orihime's house, a black tornado silently formed in the city and moved straight toward her home.

Orihime sat at the table with a naturally blank expression. "What exactly is going on? Why does everyone look so serious?"

Ichigo and the others stared at the clock. There were only thirty seconds left until eight.

Hearing Orihime, Ichigo turned his head and was about to say something when Renji suddenly shouted.

"Something's coming!"

He abruptly stood up and carefully spread out his senses.

"What?"

Everyone stood up in unison as well. Before the slow-to-react Ichigo could sense anything unusual, the room itself began to change.

The apartment began to tremble slightly. Even the table and the water glasses on it shook along with it.

"What is this? An earthquake?"

Whoosh~

The approaching tornado blew against the windows, stirring the room into complete disarray.

"The door won't open either..." Renji tugged at the doorknob and turned around.

"Inoue! Don't stand by the window..." Ichigo meant to warn her, but he saw Red Light radiating from Orihime's eyes as she clamped one hand around Chad's neck.

"Ugh... ngh..."

Chad's face had turned purplish red. He desperately gripped Orihime Inoue's slender wrist with both hands, trying to pry it loose, but that arm remained as immovable as a pair of pincers.

Orihime clearly shouldn't have possessed such tremendous strength.

"Inoue?! What are you doing?!" Ichigo paled in shock and was about to rush forward when Orihime Inoue suddenly raised her head.

That innocent, airheaded face now carried an eerie, deathly stillness. Red Light flickered in her eyes, and the corners of her mouth stretched into an exaggerated grin.

"Hee hee hee... Got one~"

As her voice trailed off, Inoue's features slowly changed into those of a middle-aged man.
