The Whale Eye surrounding the cruise ship seemed to have been fully activated. It had swollen to 1.5 times its original size, its surface covered in blood vessels as it repeatedly contracted, as if it might explode at any moment.

Once an enormous Giant Eye of this scale burst, its power would be enough to swallow the cruise ship whole.

"How could this happen? The ship's camouflage should have been perfect. Could one of us have been exposed?"

William could think of only Nash, but when he rushed into the drunken-smelling guest room next door, Nash was lying asleep in the bathtub with his own brain in his arms.
