"Big shot, so you really are a big shot!"
Xia Tian stared at Zhong Shenxiu's series of outrageous maneuvers, stunned for a moment. Then a powerful hope of survival appeared in his eyes. "Quick... start the vehicle! Let's get out of here!"
This was something he understood!
When humans faced ghosts, weren't they supposed to use every method and means at their disposal to escape with their lives?
"No rush. Wait a moment..."
Zhong Shenxiu calmly opened the door and stepped out of the Spirit Vehicle. "I'll have a buffet first..."
He raised the Ominous Umbrella, wielding it like a longsword, and casually stabbed it through a ghost with a bluish-black face.
Then he opened his mouth and inhaled, swallowing the specks of firefly-like light into his stomach.
A refreshing sensation, like sweet rain after a long drought, spread directly through all four limbs and bones.
Perhaps to company employees, Foundation members, and even Grave Masters, these ghosts were all terrifying existences beyond compare.
Any one of them could force them to fight to the death, exhaust their supernatural items, and drive the Grave Master insane—and they still might not win.
But to Zhong Shenxiu, once one's level of existence had reached a certain height, it was simply one sword per little friend. Nothing could be easier.
Inside the Spirit Vehicle.
"Madman, he's a madman!"
Xia Tian muttered a few words. Suddenly, a crazed look appeared in his eyes, and a voice repeatedly surfaced in his mind.
Rush to the front, sit in the driver's seat, start the Spirit Vehicle, and escape this ghastly place!
Just leave that madman here.
"No, I can't!"
Xia Tian's expression twisted as he muttered to himself, "I'm not that kind of person... It hasn't reached the point of utter despair yet. There's still hope..."
