The World Barrier of the main material world possessed an invisible force field outside the atmosphere. Controlled and protected by the World Will, it guarded the safety of the material world like an immune system.

However, due to the connection between the two worlds, the World Barriers corresponding to the passageways had long since transformed into the passageways themselves. The rules of the two worlds intermingled and restricted each other, but once they reached beyond the atmosphere, there was no longer any obstruction.

Twelve Magic Energy Airships, carrying several thousand landing troops from Reizel, began entering the atmosphere.

A layer of sparks caused by friction with the atmosphere began appearing beneath the twelve airships. Even with their defensive Barriers fully deployed, they could not completely block the heat wave from forcing its way in. Looking out from the airships, it seemed as though they had been wrapped in flames, and everything they saw was dyed orange-red.

When they had just entered, there was only a dense, pitch-black layer of heavy volcanic ash below. Then they plunged straight into it, and darkness surrounded them.

Only after passing through that endless black curtain did the dim world and scenery below suddenly appear.

Valinor's mountains, rivers, plants, and trees began appearing intermittently through the reflected flames and rapidly rising clouds. They remained visible for longer and longer, and the view grew clearer, gradually changing from vague outlines to cities and towns that could be seen clearly.
