Milky Way Starry Sky Conglomerate was the most prominent Seventh-Tier Civilization in the entire Milky Way. It might not have possessed the greatest combat strength, but there was no doubt it had the greatest influence and wealth.

Its Milky Way Starry Sky Bank was already circulating throughout one-third of the Milky Way, greatly accelerating the Milky Way's integration. Many lower-level civilizations that joined the Milky Way Starry Sky Bank system gained currency with which to interact with higher civilizations. After tightening their belts and scraping together enough money to purchase some technology, they also achieved rapid improvements.

However, the Milky Way was simply too vast, and the customs and characteristics of its various civilizations differed greatly. After its expansion reached one-third of the galaxy, the subsequent expansion encountered all kinds of resistance.

At the headquarters planet of the Milky Way Starry Sky Conglomerate, an artificially constructed planet that appeared to be made of titanium from the outside, figures of various forms were projected onto a long row of seats in the core boardroom.

They came from all kinds of races and categories, but all wore the same uniform.

These seventeen people were seventeen of the eighteen representatives on the board of directors of the entire Milky Way Starry Sky Conglomerate.

At that moment, however, the atmosphere in the boardroom was somewhat heavy. Many people kept glancing at the vacant seat of the absent member.
