Background / History

Xuanxiao was originally a corporate slave on Earth who died after being struck by a mud truck 1. He transmigrated into the boundless Chaos World, becoming a Great Dao Embryo that was struck by a purple light and destined to become the Thunder Demon God 1. While drifting through chaos, he encountered Pangu—the last-born Chaos Demon God—who had previously destroyed a system that attempted to drain his power 2. Recognizing the inevitability of Pangu's world-creation tribulation, Xuanxiao chose to ally with Pangu rather than oppose him 1 8.

Upon discovering that he was physically the incarnation of the Origin of the Lightning Great Dao (a massive Sea of Lightning housed within his Sea of Consciousness), Xuanxiao cultivated alongside Pangu until the era of world creation 3 4. When Pangu initiated the creation of the Primordial World, Xuanxiao stood by his side, single-handedly defeating waves of hostile Chaos Demon Gods during the cataclysmic war 8 9 11. Following the creation of the Primordial World and Pangu's transformation, Xuanxiao received the Primordial Realm (a personal Chaos World created from the Chaos Pearl) as a gift from the Great Dao and Pangu 14. In the subsequent Primordial Era, he established the Dao of Script, guided disciples like Gou Chen, monitored cosmic threats alongside Hongjun, and intervened in cross-realm conflicts involving the Tomb of Gods World 132 191 598.

Xuanxiao possesses a majestic, non-human Dao Body characterized by thunder and lightning attributes 3:

• Wings: A pair of enormous Chaos Thunder Wings on his back; his left wing governs "Destruction" (charred black feathers with annihilation power) and his right wing governs "Life" (blazing gold feathers full of vitality) 3.
• Head & Hair: Bears two spiral thunder-grooved horns resembling inverted thunder pillars between his brows, and hair that resembles ten thousand bolts of purple-gold lightning tangled together 3.
• Eyes: His left pupil contains nine nested rings of lightning, his right eye holds destructive thunder force, and a purple Heavenly Eye sits between his brows governing the order of thunder 3.
