"You all know that among all the cities' Gene Bodies, the First City's Maine Mind Clan is highly suited to our Germanic People. It's also the only Gene Body that our compatriots can place in the first tier. So I plan to designate it as our people's fixed Gene Body. If our people choose the First City, they will be allowed to choose only this Gene Body. This provision will be incorporated into the constitution and will never change!"
"Oh?" The Five Elders were stunned at first. Their first reaction was: What could this possibly accomplish?
But after thinking it over carefully, they suddenly realized that this policy had tremendous potential. It seemed capable of completely resolving the balance problem!
If the West Germans were assigned a fixed race, they would possess the Maine Mind Clan Gene Body while losing all other choices. That meant the West Germans' role in the First City would become specialized, yet irreplaceable!
The Maine Mind Clan's attributes resembled the Developer Gene's, but were even more extreme. As far as developing the city went, it was an absolutely indispensable role in a purely mechanical civilization. Being specialized and indispensable would first guarantee the West Germans' unique position. But because they were also completely restricted to this single attribute, they could not snatch jobs from other fields and could only coexist with players from those fields!
Think carefully about the First City's Gene Body structure. Aside from the Maine Mind Clan, the other two private races were both combat races. These two types of races were in greater demand and even more indispensable, effectively dividing the fields completely.
