Organization and Influence

Spirit Hall developed into a power capable of balancing the Heavenly Dou and Star Luo Empires. It maintains influence across weaker kingdoms and duchies, while its main territories of contention are the two great empires. It had thirty thousand Soul Masters stationed throughout Spirit City and the empires during the Soul Hunting Plan. 217 221

Public Role

• Provides free Martial Soul testing for commoner children and enables impoverished children to attend Soul Master academies. 217
• Spreads basic education and prevents cultivation resources from being monopolized by the two empires. 217

Tournament Involvement

Spirit Hall hosted the Advanced Academy Soul Master Elite Tournament’s Grand Finals in Spirit City and intervened directly in its administration. It changed the finals’ location and permitted Godwind, Skywater, and Blazing Fire Academies to form the Divine Wind Team despite objections from other academies. 96 101

• The championship reward consisted of three Soul Bones: a skull bone, right arm bone, and left leg bone. 109

The team defeated Thunder Academy overwhelmingly, but its Bewitching Charm was countered by Feng Xiaotian’s Soul Binding Wind in the final. Godwind Academy defeated the Spirit Hall Team, damaging both Bibi Dong’s confidence and Spirit Hall’s prestige. 106 117

Soul Hunting Plan

Bibi Dong initiated the Soul Hunting Plan to eliminate forces opposing Spirit Hall, weaken the two great empires, and establish continent-wide rule. 220 224

Targets and Deployment

The plan began ahead of schedule after Bibi Dong learned that Feng Xiaotian was associated with Qian Renxue. Qian Daoliu had initially sought to delay the operation because its timing could interfere with Qian Renxue’s seizure of the Heavenly Dou throne. 220 221

Rise of the Spirit Hall Empire

Qian Renxue’s Angel Plan used her identity as Crown Prince Xue Qinghe to seize the Heavenly Dou Empire. After taking the throne, she publicly revealed herself as the Young Master of Spirit Hall and the inheritor of the Six-winged Angel lineage. 383

She renamed the Heavenly Dou Empire the Spirit Hall Empire, formally establishing her rule and declaring the long-term objective of conquering Star Luo and unifying Douluo Continent. 383 384
