Mei Hui rubbed her head, turned to the two people on the floor, and asked, "What should we do about them?"
"I'll help you back to your room first, then come back and carry them back one by one."
"Okay." Mei Hui braced herself against the table and tried to stand. Seeing this, Su Yang stood first and reached for her arm. "Come on, I'll help you."
"Thank you, Mr. Su."
"You're welcome." Su Yang gently pulled Mei Hui to her feet.
However, because she had been sitting for a long time and had drunk so much, her legs went weak the moment she stood. She leaned against Su Yang's chest, both hands gripping his shoulders.
"Slow down." Su Yang hurriedly put an arm around her slender waist.
"My head suddenly felt dizzy, and my legs lost all their strength."
"You've had too much to drink. We shouldn't have opened that last case. You drank one bottle, and Yuanying drank two before she was done for."
"I was just happy, especially because I got to see you again." As Mei Hui spoke, she raised her head and gazed at Su Yang with eyes as gentle as water.
The two exchanged a look, both recalling the pleasant days they had spent in Japan.
"I'm happy too. All right, don't talk anymore. Let's get you back to your room to rest." Su Yang turned around, wrapped an arm around Mei Hui's armpit, and helped her toward the bedrooms.
When they reached the hallway, Su Yang looked up. There was one room at the far end, with a door facing each other on either side.
Su Yang asked, "Mei Hui, which room is yours?"
Mei Hui shook her head and said, looking somewhat uncomfortable, "I think it's the one at the very end."
