Town Potential Institute Life (Part One)

The thugs surrounding Yu Jing and Billy were five disciples in their third term at the Potential Institute. They enriched their own lives by demanding living expenses from lower-level disciples. In the design of this film, the short and frail Yu Jing and the slightly chubby, honest-looking Billy were their main targets for collecting fees.

"Boss Andrew... I'm a little short on cash lately. Can I wait until next week?"
