Chapter 863: Meeting
When Gao Gong returned to Duga Technology—or rather, the Cybertron Legion's starship berths—once again, his own equipment had already undergone a complete upgrade.
The pirate ships, originally covered in all kinds of graffiti, weapon turrets, and skeletal markings, had all been sold. In their place were the Yaso Type-3 troop carriers, Colt-class research vessels, and Abyss Explorer Type-19 exploration ships.
There were three ships of each type.
The final proceeds from selling nearly a hundred pirate ships had been used to purchase these nine professional vessels.
And that was after the discount from "Patrick Star."
These past few days, Gao Gong had been busy registering the mercenary group and running through the procedures, so this was his first time coming to admire his own fleet.
Among them, the Yaso Type-3 used subspace storage technology. Its internal storage capacity was ten times its external surface area.
The Colt-class research vessel had been named in memory of Colt, a master weapons developer of the Galen Republic. Ordinary research vessels could accommodate at most thirty large weapons laboratories, but this ship had a full fifty. These advanced weapons laboratories were capable of researching third-tier weapons.
As for the Abyss Explorer, it was a standard exploration vessel. It was a hundred meters long, with a hull shape somewhere between a cone and a needle. Although the Type-19 was not the most advanced exploration vessel—in fact, it was said that the Abyss Explorer on Milta had already reached three-digit models—it was still a fairly advanced military vessel on the black market. It could already make a round trip through most treacherous cosmic environments, such as turbulent vacuum fields, the outskirts of supernova explosions, and cosmic currents.
One must not underestimate that "making a round trip."
There were only two standards for measuring
