The severing of two defensive Star Chains brought about a grave consequence—the transmission of Holy Light Power was temporarily interrupted, throwing the Gravity Field into disorder and causing it to shut down for two seconds.

The remaining six defensive Star Chains consequently lost their ability to adjust, unable to change direction as their rotational speed dropped sharply.

The other two Wandering Earths immediately seized this excellent opportunity.

Their spheres emitted a faint green glow, abruptly completed a Flash Teleport, then accelerated to six times the speed of sound and rammed fiercely into the other Star Chains.

Two seconds later.

The Gravity Field finally recovered.

The defensive Star Chains began operating again.

But it was already too late to evade the Giant Balls' savage collisions.

Boom!

Boom!

Several more tremendous blasts rang out.

Large numbers of Star Islands were smashed into fragments, some flung hundreds of kilometers away. Those three defensive Star Chains collapsed without surprise.

Celestial God Star's Gravity Field shut down once more.

And this shutdown lasted even longer than the last one.

In fact.

If a defensive Star Chain lost some of its Star Islands, it could still recover as long as the losses did not exceed one-quarter, though that would take time.

Unfortunately, the Myriad Heavens Race would never give the Birdmen a chance to repair them.

Taking advantage of the shutdown, the three wandering Giant Balls split up and crashed into the remaining three defensive Star Rings.

Then.

The all-out offensive began.

More than a hundred thousand bird-hunting eagles circling in the outer region swooped toward Celestial God Star like a flock of crows that had scented death.

Even the observation fleets of the Wrath Hoof Race and the Unicorn Race joined in beating a dog while it was down.
