Power Word: Stun!

This should have been one of the most overwhelming spells against low-tier creatures.

That was because unless a willpower formed tangible mental force, the spell directly used the target's vitality to determine the result of the saving throw. Any creature with fewer than 150 Hit Points would be stunned on the spot. The duration depended on the target's vitality, lasting at least one to six seconds. If an ordinary person were stunned, however, they could probably remain rooted to the spot for more than half an hour.

The Four-Armed Marilith was already severely injured. Its vitality might not even have reached 150 points.

For an existence like Soran, roughly six seconds was more than enough to slice an enemy to pieces. That was why clerics often used this spell against Spellcasters. If their luck was bad enough, even Legendary Wizards with insufficient innate vitality could be stunned on the spot. As for the final result, there was naturally no need to elaborate.

It did not matter what the opponent was, whether a Legendary Wizard or a Dragon.

As long as it could not resist the spell and had fewer than 100 Hit Points remaining, all its vitality would be drained on the spot, and it would die in an instant!
