The Sun Ship was unmistakably a relic of the Golden Age—and one of the finest, at that. After the Godslayers boarded the Origin Vanguard, the silent-running aerial carrier took off again and activated its absurdly powerful optical camouflage, speeding toward the already-battling Mossy Valley.
It was incredibly fast. A hundred kilometers vanished in the blink of an eye.
Most of the NPCs aboard were calm. The Overlord and Lord Oufuge had both ridden Sangha's flashy contraptions before. The other NPCs were curious, but they were all Gold-rankers with plenty of experience, and knew what mattered most right now. So once aboard, they suppressed their curiosity and prepared for the final assault.
Aside from Boss Huo's thirty-six barbarian bodyguards, who were curious about everything they saw, the other NPCs stayed composed. After all, they had been handpicked from the major factions and represented their respective organizations.
But the players were different.
They had no airs or concern for their public image. They were so noisy they might as well have been on a sightseeing trip. As soon as they boarded, they dashed around everywhere, using their numbers to thoroughly explore every place they were allowed to go—that is, everywhere the Sangha elite weren't posted to keep them out.
Naturally, they also went wild taking photos and videos with their adventure assistants. Before the Sangha people could sternly demand they delete the footage, they had already quietly uploaded it to the forums.
A "specialist" in a group called the "Godslayer Archives" was on hand to receive the files, and immediately converted the precious aerial-carrier footage and stored it on the server used by Loyal Bro's work group.
So this tour of the ship could itself be considered a "spy operation."
