Almond Eye had learned during her investigation that the Satomi Family was enormously wealthy, with investments in the Shining Series that rivaled even old-established families like the Mejiro Family and the Symboli Family.

Yet seeing this sprawling estate with her own eyes, she still felt that her imagination had been rather lacking.

Still, having visited Kitasan Black's home and gone to Dubai with Anjing Zhen and Kitasan Black, she had seen what true "obscene wealth" looked like. On the surface, she remained fairly composed.

After denying it, she gestured in a circle at the entire estate before them and told Spring and Autumn Equinox bluntly, "All of this belongs to the Satomi Family."

Spring and Autumn Equinox sucked in a sharp breath, her eyes round and wide, her mouth open enough to fit an egg inside.

Seeing Spring and Autumn Equinox's stunned expression, Almond Eye smiled and gently helped close her jaw. "All right, don't space out. Don't forget, Senior Little Kita's home is huge too, isn't it? Besides, we have a mission to complete."

At the mention of their mission, Spring and Autumn Equinox abruptly snapped back to her senses and hurriedly nodded. "Mm! Mm! Then—Senior Almond Eye, where are you going to hide?"
