A voice suddenly rang out from not far behind her. Its owner was slightly out of breath from running at full speed, yet was trying hard to maintain a stern tone.

Kitasan Black's body stiffened, as though someone had hit pause. Even the fingers gripping the branch froze.

She slowly turned her neck and immediately saw Supernatural Steed over ten meters away, panting with her hands on her hips. The conspicuous "Disciplinary Committee Member" armband on her arm rose and fell sharply with every breath.

When she saw Kitasan Black turn around, Supernatural Steed's eyes lit up.

She straightened her back, one hand braced against her waist while the other pointed unceremoniously at Kitasan Black and the "evidence" in her hand. With a stern face, she declared word by word, "Recklessly running at excessive speed on campus, disrupting order, and now daring to damage public greenery by breaking a branch off the flowerbed shrubs!
