Leading the way was the current long-distance champion, Kitasan Black. Behind her followed the prankster legend Gold Ship, eager for action; Gold Artisan, wearing an expression that said, "I'm just passing by and watching the show"; and Supernatural Steed, trying hard to keep a straight face and maintain the professional expression of "I am carrying out a special disciplinary surveillance mission."
Using building corners, the shadows of dense trees, and the occasional pieces of equipment as cover, the four crept along on tiptoe—sometimes hunching over as they hurried forward, sometimes stopping still to observe.
They looked just like a well-trained (?) special infiltration squad, their target Anjing Zhen's Team Office.
It was afternoon, and the Horse Girls and Trainers were mostly taking their midday breaks in their dorms, so the office building was quiet.
