Background / History

Heir to the Raikage

Before inheriting the name A, Ei was the Third Raikage's son and Killer B's combat partner in Kumogakure's AB Combo. He arrived at Konoha's border to support B against Minato Namikaze, confronting the Yellow Flash with Lightning Release Armor and close-range taijutsu. 129 130

A Tailed Beast Bomb severely injured B, while Ei survived the blast. Believing Minato responsible, he refused Minato's explanation that a third party had provoked the clash and attacked in a rage. 131

Fourth Raikage

Uchiha Sōgetsu killed the Third Raikage in Kumogakure. Before dying, the Third Raikage entrusted the village to his son, who formally inherited the title of Fourth Raikage, A and immediately ordered Kumogakure to kill Sōgetsu at all costs. 146
