Background / History

Fugaku Uchiha and Mikoto Uchiha name their second son Sasuke after Genetsu approves the name, recognizing that Fugaku had chosen it as a gesture toward Genetsu rather than Hiruzen Sarutobi. Sasuke grows up alongside his elder brother, Itachi. 100

As a child, Sasuke notices the increasingly strange conduct of Fugaku and Itachi amid the Uchiha clan's growing political crisis. He becomes aware that other children view both him and Itachi differently. 130
