A Bit of a Surprise Might Be in Store

"Doffy!"

A hysterical roar.

Two waves of Conqueror's Haki collided with earth-shaking force.

Luffy entered Gear Fourth and vanished from where he stood, like a god or demon.

His right leg, coated in Armament Haki, ripped through the air with a deafening crack as he swung it toward Doflamingo's head.

"Fufufufu!"

Doflamingo crossed his arms, coating them in Armament Haki as he blocked the blow head-on.

But he had overestimated himself and underestimated Luffy.

The air exploded violently. With a deafening boom, Luffy put more strength into the kick, crushing Doflamingo's arms down against his face. His muscles were mashed together in pain, and blood poured from his mouth.

Whoosh!

A pressure ring appeared for an instant. Doflamingo became a streak of light, hurtling through the King's Heights and slamming into the ground. He bounced and rolled, shaking the earth and sending dust flying. A massive crater, webbed with cracks, appeared in the ground.

Elsewhere.

Zoro, Sanji, and the others were fighting Trebol, Diamante, and their men.

Other pirates and thugs were battling all around them.

Centered on the main plaza, the streets were littered with severed limbs and ran red with blood.

A battle involving so many people was nothing but a meat grinder.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Luffy flew through the air in Gear Fourth. A year ago, he could barely use it; now, he had mastered it completely.

"Whoosh!"

"Gum-Gum Jet Bazooka!"

Wrapped in dense Armament Haki, Luffy appeared in front of Doflamingo in a fury. His arms stretched out, unleashing a sonic boom as the air wailed and destruction swept outward.

Doflamingo's eyelid twitched. Five strings extended from his right hand as he reached out to meet the attack.

"Rumble!"

Black and red lightning spread across the sky. Blood spurted from Doflamingo's mouth as he was sent
