After all, he had done this countless times while he was alive.

Hashirama Senju hurried toward the Hokage Building.

But at that moment, Tobirama Senju was already about ready to kill someone.

"What do you mean, you won, but gave up everything for peace?"

Tobirama clutched his head and looked at his students, Hiruzen Sarutobi and Dan, feeling a little dizzy.

"Isn't this what you told us, Sensei? To keep striving for peace?"

When he saw a cremation urn appear beside his eldest son, along with a bunch of shinobi claiming to be from the future or the past, he knew something had happened.

At first, Hiruzen was overjoyed. He thought he had done a pretty good job. Whether it was keeping the Uchiha in check or preserving Konoha, he figured he'd delivered a report his teacher could be proud of. But...

Root was practically a second ANBU! From what Hiruzen and Dan had said about its jurisdiction, it wasn't some special organization at all. It was another Konoha, operating independently within Konoha!

What was this supposed to be?
