"But you don't need to worry about that right now. You've still got at least a dozen years before intelligent AI arrives, though I suppose that's coming soon, too."
Li Ke casually tapped at the keyboard, then demonstrated to Gokou Ruri how to use AI to write a novel.
"Here, scan the novels in this world, then write me a fantasy harem novel."
After he casually entered the command, the piece of advanced technology from the futuristic Cyberpunk world sprang to life at Li Ke's instruction.
In the world he came from, some studios had already started using AI to write novels, but Earth's technological prowess couldn't hold a candle to that of the Cyberpunk world. So even an ordinary person could tell at a glance whether a novel had been written by AI.
But the Cyberpunk world was different. The computing power of its chips alone was countless times greater than that of the technology on his Earth, and it even had self-aware artificial intelligences. So AI-written novels were nothing special.
Even so, reading novels in the Cyberpunk world still wasn't cheap. You needed a membership, and had to buy extra computing time for the AI before you could use the programs to generate custom novels. On top of that, there was strict censorship...
Or something like that. Anyway, from what Li Ke had seen, in that world you could basically get around censorship by paying for a higher-tier membership.
But even then, you couldn't share the novels, and sharing them anyway was illegal. It was a very absurd world.
Of course, there were also all sorts of free programs released by hackers for writing novels, drawing, and making animations, but whether they came with a catch was a matter of luck.
More importantly, the novel and literary industries
