After picking up his daughter and learning the truth from Ayase Aragaki and Isayama Yomi, Daisuke Kousaka smiled and said this to Kirino. Then, under her anxious, uneasy gaze, he sent Kirino and Ayase back to Kirino's room.
But after Kirino had gone to rest, Daisuke went to find Ayase's father, who was waiting at the door with Isayama Yomi.
Looking at Ayase's father, Daisuke didn't want to trust him. Though Ayase was good friends with his daughter, Kirino, Daisuke knew all too well that if selling Kirino out would benefit their family, Ayase's father wouldn't care what his daughter thought.
After giving Ayase's stern-faced father a complicated look, Daisuke spoke heavily.
"Miss Isayama, what do you think?"
Isayama pressed her lips together. She had already reported the situation to the Countermeasures Office, and its chief, Ayame Jinguji, was rushing over. But even if she arrived, there was nothing she could do.
When Li Ke had left with Gokou Ruri in his arms, Isayama had examined Kirino. She had indeed discovered a powerful Spiritual Power—or perhaps magical power—that had appeared for no apparent reason. It grew stronger as Kirino's emotional state changed!
That was right. Whether Kirino was happy or feeling something else, the Spiritual Power inside her kept growing stronger, taking on an aspect corresponding to whatever she was feeling at the time.

The Countermeasures Office had to send Isayama, their trump card, to deal with a Rank A Evil Spirit, and even then, things could go wrong. Kirino's power was still growing, so Isayama had more or
