Background / History

Tsunade first appears stranded in the Seven Days to Die world with Kelly. The world severely suppresses her Chakra, physical strength, and recovery, while her hemophobia leaves her unable to fight at her normal capacity. Even so, she helps the group retreat from zombies and evaluates their need to level up to restore their strength 20.

Despite the suppression, Tsunade remains the group's foremost physical asset. She can break a concrete telephone pole with one punch, traverse large gaps and heights with ease, mine resources, and assist in building defensive structures 20 24 25. Her hemophobia, however, is a serious vulnerability: exposure to blood can leave her disoriented and unable to resist 29 35.

Her early relationship with Li Ke is volatile. Tsunade initially acts boldly to secure energy points needed for survival, but a hemophobic episode turns their encounter coercive after Li Ke continues while she is incapacitated 28 29.
