While Robet was still at S.H.I.E.L.D. headquarters trying to obtain more intelligence from the Skrull, five men in black knocked on the door of the Danvers Family over at Danvers Farm.
"Who is it?" Mr. Danvers frowned when he heard the noise and asked in puzzlement.
"FBI! We need you to cooperate with an investigation!" The man in black outside took out his badge, held it in front of him, and called out to Mr. Danvers.
These men in black really were not lying. They truly were FBI agents, not S.H.I.E.L.D. or Hydra agents in disguise.
After all, Kent Farm and Danvers Farm were completely different from the DEO. Inside the DEO, they could make a move against Alex, but if they caused too much commotion at the farms and Robet found out, there would be trouble.
So when Alexander Pierce had given the order, he had planned to have people from official agencies use the pretext of cooperating with an investigation to deceive The Danvers away first, then find a way to bring them to Alexander Pierce and the others.
