The more Starfall spoke, the more excited she became. The light glittering in her eyes nearly set the silver-white room ablaze.
She suddenly turned to Benjamin, her gaze blazing as though she were looking at a walking vein of rare elemental minerals:

That fiery gaze, nearly tangible in its intensity, made Benjamin's scalp prickle. He felt that if he did not change the subject, this research fanatic might drag him into the laboratory next second and use him as a humanoid, self-propelled element generator.
He gave a dry cough and forcibly pulled the conversation back to reality. "Lady Starfall, we can discuss the supply of Imaginary Elements in detail later. What matters now is the current state of the two races in your plane that have just gained intelligence."
Viola immediately chimed in. Pointing at the brutal battlefield on the light screen, she frowned tightly. "That's right, Starfall. I've been gone for less than a month, even counting it generously! Even if war is a catalyst for civilization's development, this is far too fast—and far too violent, isn't it?"
"And when two races go to war, there has to be a spark that lights the fuse, right? Looking at their ecological niches, one absorbs light energy and elements, while the other roots itself in the earth to draw nourishment. There's no life-or-death competition for resources between them at all. Why did they start fighting
