The Unwelcome Guest

After following the White Feather Clan's old clan leader to the White Feather Clan, Emperor Qing Ming naturally saw the hundred or so clans gathered in front of its gates. But he said nothing about it, much less offering to help them out.

This was clearly the White Feather Clan's own trouble. They could solve it themselves!

Just like those other clans, Emperor Qing Ming didn't enter the White Feather Clan's territory. Instead, he stopped outside, concealed himself, glanced at the old clan leader behind him, and said:

"I'll wait here. Go into your White Feather Clan and bring out one or two of Feather Emperor's personal belongings. I can use a secret art to find him!"

"Ah, Lord Qing Ming, won't you come sit with us in the White Feather Clan? I've already notified the clan members, and they're ready to welcome you!"

Emperor Qing Ming rolled his eyes. He hadn't expected the old geezer to be so shameless.

Was he really inviting him in for a visit? Clearly, he wanted to borrow Emperor Qing Ming's prestige to scare off those clans!

The old geezer had certainly mastered the trick of borrowing a tiger's skin to wave as a banner!

But unfortunately for him, Emperor Qing Ming wasn't going to do him that favor today!

Ignoring the old clan leader, Emperor Qing Ming slowly closed his eyes. "You'd better hurry. I'm in no rush, but you are. If you keep dawdling, I can't guarantee nothing will happen to your Feather Emperor!"
